Again after a fortnight - I will try to pick it up again. Long post is long and there is more Clone Wars in this. I finished watching the series now. Also some Overwatch femslash and a lonely Hikaru no Go fic.

Let me simply rec this fic to you as: Pacific Rim AU! Clones are triplets here that get transferred to the Tokyo Shatterdome, however, their drift is failing. General Obi-Wan, who worked communications mostly, tries to find new matches for them among the few candidates they have.

Obi-Wan asks Rex for help when he risks his life again and doesn't know how to apologize to Cody. Becomes a role play scenario with Obi-Wan as a shiny that gets disciplined by Cody and then porn between all three. Cody disciplining Obi-Wan is such a great scene, I wish there was more of that.

Obi-Wan time travels back to his days as a padawan and his change throws everyone near him into worry. I do like that this gives Qui-Gon a way to better himself and his relationship to Obi-Wan.

Year of the Mythosaur by Aaskada. SW, Obi-Wan Kenobi & Mandalorian Culture, Rated T, Warnings for Major Character Death, ~8.5k.
Framed around Obi-Wan visiting several MandoMarts, it explores Obi-Wan's connection to the culture. I really loved the MandoMarts which are set up as a liminal zone, so the ghosts of Mand'alor's appear in them.

This is for everyone with a bit more... intense taste around here, if that wasn't clear. All the warnings, Dead Dove etc. To sum up, this is post-order 66 where Obi-Wan finds a traumatized Cody on Tattooine and gets him to go home with him and take care of him. Besides the really under-negotiated Dom/sub that isn't always clear as something Cody enjoys vs. takes for granted, the Jedi's idea of mental health care starts and ends with meditating. (This would actually explain a lot about the Star Wars universe if no Jedi got therapy, but I digress.) His next idea is indeed skipping straight to castration. Overall this is a dark fic in which Cody doesn't realize how unhealthy their relationship is and it's ambiguous if Obi-Wan is actively taking advantage or "only" has some really twisted ideas about everything.

As a heads up, his fic is canon compliant and not a fix-it. It slots neatly into the official version. Obi-Wan and Anakin, his padawan, get stranded on a moon that is being ripped apart by a turf war. One side employs Jango Fett by threatening Boba. Enemies-to-lovers ensues as they are slowly forced to work together. I like the realistic portrayal of Anakin and Boba as teenager and child, respectively. The relationships and the characters are all complicated and deep.- For example, Anakin and Obi-Wan have a familial affection for each other, but Anakin still resents being kept back as safety. Most outstanding depiction for me was Obi-Wan, who struggles with self-doubt but also can't keep his mouth shut with arrogant snark. He makes complicated choices that do hurt people, even as he tries. It really drives home how Obi-Wan, who is normally very endearing in fics, can be asshole-ish and what feelings drive him.

Hanahaki au with some neat world-building all around! Normally these AUs are more magical - not that this isn't to some degree, love still makes a flower grow inside people - but the subtle differences are meaningful. Instead of unrequited love, it's love repressed by the afflicted person. Naturally, Jango Fett is all about repressing feelings. I also enjoyed the snippets of pop culture and medical literature that framed the AU.

Soulmate AU where Jedi aren't encouraged to form these bonds with their soulmates. Jango is not deterred by that alone and it shows in his dreams.

Here the fic starts off with another one-night stand between Jango and Obi-Wan, this time during the year protecting Satine on Mandalore. After some really nice sex for Obi-Wan, he decides to take a huge risk and reveal his status as a Jedi to get help against Death Watch which is hot too.

Boba making Jango and Obi-Wan hook up seems to be a well-loved trope and this execution is wonderful. Jango gets arrested, makes a deal with the republic for Boba, who is force sensitive here, and suddenly all of them are cohabitating on Kamino. Boba decides to make them hook up to get a windfall from the betting pool on them. The fic is cracky and funny, as Boba, who is an absolute brat, tries his worst to make them go on dates. Just a delight.

A sort of softer AU where Galidraan didn't result into a slaughter, so Jaster Mereel becomes Mand'alor and friends with Dooku. Obi-Wan gets invited to the ceremony where him Jango butt heads.

Jango knows his soulmate is a Jedi, Obi-Wan believes Jedi don't have soulmates, yet the evidence is felt by the Mandalorians around him. Jango assumes the Jedi do something to erase soulmate marks after he finds Obi-Wan changing personality depending on contact.

A Change of Plans by kj_feybarn. SW Prequel trilogy, Jango Fett/Obi-Wan Kenobi, Rated M, No Warnings Apply, Emotional Manipulation, Unhealthy Relationship, ~22k.
Obi-Wan has a fun night with Jango and gets asked to keep an eye on his son for a few hours after. Except, Jango is killed, Obi-Wan is stuck trying to find a caretaker for his kid and Boba refuses all options presented to him. Meanwhile, Jango purposefully faked his death and to make it convincing left his child "accidentally" with a Jedi. Myles is supposed to come and take Boba after some months except Boba doesn't want to anymore.
The emotional manipulation, by Jango but mostly by Boba, really hurts Obi-Wan. I do think ultimately both of them do make that right, but it can go either way. It helps that Boba, while a brat, is still a child and does it from a desire to be loved, which hits many of Obi-Wan's insecurities.

Jango dies, but haunts the soulmate he didn't know he had after. Obi-Wan is the only one who can see him and the only one who he can ask to help his son.

Cute crack idea where the armor of Mandalorians functions like a Selkie skin and of course Obi-Wan picks one up (to give back later, not that Jango is listening).

Jango stops to defend some clones from being decommissioned, which lets Obi-Wan catch up with him and earn his trust.

Obi-Wan gets visions about the Galidraan and decides to contact the Mandalorians himself when no-one listens to him. He gains a favour which he uses to free Shmi Skywalker. Long fic that fixing a bunch of tragedies.

Different Integration AUs
The original Integration fic is a verse where Jango Fett is Mand'alor of an Empire and captured people get put into a cultural integration program to win them over. Obi-Wan, who is a Jedi general, gets captured and put through it. He builds up a program for force sensitive Mandalorian children, who would fall into coma or die before, ends up successfully "integrated" and in a relationship with Jango. I can't really rec it, because it fails in both possible angles - the integration program doesn't get challenged that much despite it being labeled dark fic, but there is little actual dark stuff for people who enjoy it.
But! A lot of people have used the set-up to make their own AUs and some of those I will rec.

To See and Choose (Can Be a Dangerous Thing) by sometimes_i_right. SW, Gen, Rated T, Chose Not To Warn, ~4k.
Set in the integration AU where Obi-Wan is an archivist seer. As the children in the temple are evacuated from a Sith attack, Obi-Wan decides to stay behind to buy them time, even though he has a vision of himself surrounded by Mandalorians.

Sideslipped by Simbeline. SW The Clone Wars, Gen, Rated T, No Warnings Apply, ~33.5k.
Obi-Wan, Cody, Boil and Waxer accidentally slip into the integration verse. They try to blend in to the best of their abilities, but have to make a decision when a more ambitious Satine Kryze approaches Obi-Wan for help with her coup.

Fool's Errand by Bittodeath. SW Prequel Trilogy, Jango Fett/Obi-Wan Kenobi, Not Rated, No Warnings Apply, ~3.5k.
Integration AU. Obi-Wan infiltrated Mandalore and eventually became Jango's spouse, where he is mostly happy. Then he has to make a choice when several Jedi padawans get captured and he is the only one in a position to free them.

Rex and Anakin capture Obi-Wan, who has pretty thoroughly assimilated to the Mandalorian culture. Dark-ish in the implications, since Obi-Wan is very in control and wanted to be captured.

Thanks to some force object, Jango from the integration AU gets put in place of canon Jango Fett after he died on Geonosis. Since Jango has a lot more morals, he starts changing things to fix stuff.

If At First You Don't Succeed by RangerJedi76. SW Prequel Trilogy, Gen, Rated G, No Warnings Apply, ~1k.
Anakin is with the Mandalorians, which he doesn't mind, but thinks Obi-Wan should be there as well. He starts making power points on why Obi-Wan is a great spouse/essential to capture. Because noone is listening, this escalates to Galactic Youtube.

Separate Ways by PepperPrints. The Mandalorian, Din Djarin/Luke Skywalker, Rated E, No Warnings Apply, ~81k.
I haven't even seen the Mandalorian, but I have seen Luke Skywalker's entrance set to Toxic by Britney Spears, so I felt I had a firm enough grasp on the canon to appreciate this fic. Pretty straight forward, Luke goes to Mandalore, where Din Djarin is reestablishing the Mandalorians as Mand'alor, to train the Child. As Din is terrified that Luke will steal his child, Luke agrees to swear to the resolnare and starts taking lessons. As things go on, they slowly start to trust each and fall in love. There are a lot of great scenes in there, but especially any scene where Luke or Din make a gift to the other is some peak romance.

Coup de Foudre by EdgeLady. Overwatch, Sombra/Widowmaker, Rated T, No Warnings Apply, ~28.5k.
Historical AU set during the French Revolution written in a charming, sort of historical style. EdgeLady did a ton of research that shows their work in this, not just the events but social mores and dress down to small details. Even with limited dialogue the passion and feelings come through. I recommend to read for the femslash, stay for the surprising historical explanations with reading recommendations at the end.

It shouldn't come to a surprise that I like dae's stories, but here we go again. This fae-slash-Ice-Queen au comes with a sort of muffled body horror - nothing graphic, so if that's what stops someone from reading, I recommend this one to try. Amelie of the Autumn Court gets kidnapped by the Queen of the Winter Court and molded to her. Interspersed are snippets of how Amelie married Gerard, also from the Autumn Court, and struggled to adapt from huntress to "proper" behaviour at court. Very vivid, full of metaphorical language and imaginings.

Soft crack in which zombie murder grandpa Gabriel Reyes, internationally wanted terrorist, keeps visiting his grand kid on the downlow.

Where You Are by flyby. Hikaru no Go, Gen, Rated G, No Warnings Apply, ~5.5k.
Shindo invites Akira with him for Hiroshima Obon a year later. Full of feelings with for Sai leaving and Akira's pov on Shindo.

Church Edict 69: On the Depiction and Role of Prime by yvannairie. Rated M, No Warnings Apply, ~0.5k.
Aka fake (religious order!) documents on how Optimus Prime may be portrayed in pornography, because the Transformers fandom is made out of people like this. Optimus clearly got no input on this and it's hilarious what loopholes and exceptions are in it.

Sometimes all a fic needs to be is this: Pining idiots have an (accidental-ish) hookup via glory hole and then figure themselves out.
